Josh Palmer is the Vice President of Operations of Duncan Financial Group. He has held his Certified Insurance Counselor designation since 2021 and has been in the insurance industry since 2017. Previously, he served as an Account Executive and Commercial Lines Account Manager for Mayflower Wollam Insurance Group.

Josh graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2012 with a degree in Meteorology and served as a Weather and Environmental Sciences Officer on Active Duty for five years. Since 2017 he has served in the Air National Guard in roles including Staff Weather Officer, Director of Operations, and Flight Commander.
