John M. Duncan is President of Duncan Financial Group’s Insurance Division, a role he has held for the past 30 years, leading the company’s commitment to outstanding client service.

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Management, John is deeply involved in the community. He serves as President of the Norwin Public Library Board and sits on the board of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce, where he co-chairs the annual Golf Outing. He is also a member of the Norwin Rotary Club, the Norwin School District Community Foundation Board, and the Irwin Lions Club. John actively supports Norwin’s Student Athlete of the Week Program and is especially passionate about Norwin’s Relay for Life event.

John and Duncan Financial Group support many Irwin Business and Professional Association events, including Irwin Jazz in the Streets, Ladies Night, Light Up Night, the Cookie Tour, and the Car Cruise.

Family is central to John’s life: his wife Donna; his son, Lance; his daughter, Megan; and their rescue dog, River. He enjoys golfing at the Madison Club, traveling, and spending time at his camp in Potter County.
