HR Screening Services was founded in 1993 by Mike Fitzgerald and Keith Larmann. Mike and Keith have over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field in industries as diverse as retail, manufacturing, health care, education and consulting.

HR Screening Services is a full service Human Resources organization specializing in three major functions. Our employment screening service is designed to take the guesswork out of the hiring process. Employment references, criminal checks, and credit checks are just a few of the services that we perform for our clients on their potential employees.

Our Drug testing program offers a full range of great services including urine and oral fluid testing. DOT and Non-Dot testing is available.

Our tax credit service retrieves tax credits and reimbursements for for-profit companies through federal and state programs such as the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), State Tax credits and Enterprise Zone credits. Our system is very simple and we have been very successful with companies from many different industries.
